Ni-NTA Resin Slurry (Affinity Purification of Proteins with 6X His tag)

Description:

Ni-NTA resin slurry used to purify recombinant proteins containing polyhistidine. The resin exhibits high affinity and selectivity for 6xHis-tagged recombinant fusion proteins. It can be used to purify proteins under native, denaturing, or hybrid conditions. Proteins bound to the resin can be released by using a buffer with a low pH or by competing with imidazole or histidine. After dialysis with a suitable buffer, the purified proteins can be used in various applications.
